UCLA freshman Ryder Dodd (Long Beach, CA) scored a career-best eight goals in an 18-12 win at No. 7 Pepperdine (Oct. 12) and then added two more scores in a 10-8 win over No. 11 Princeton (Oct. 13). He turned in two all-around performances to go with his 10 goals, adding four of five winning sprints, four steals (all at Pepperdine), four drawn exclusions, two assists, and one field block. This is the second career MPSF weekly award for Dodd, and first as a player of the week.
