Long Beach State junior Trinity Barnett (Desert Hot Springs, CA) broke the school’s 60m record with a time of 7.32 and posted a No. 2 all-time performance with a 24.04 in the 200 meters. She placed first in the 200m and third overall (top collegian) in the 60m. Barnett also contributed to a No. 3 all-time performance for the Beach when the 4x400m relay closed the meet with a second-place 3:46.70. Barnett ranks first in the MPSF in both the 60 and 200m and is No. 2 in the 4x400m Relay. She ranks No. 28 in the NCAA for the 60m. This is the first career MPSF weekly award for Barnett.
