Stanford junior outside hitter Theo Snoey (Berkeley, CA) led the Cardinal offensively in a two-match split at No. 4 Hawaii (Feb. 5-7), averaging 4.67 kills on .349 hitting, with 0.44 aces per set. In match one, Snoey recorded a then season-high 19 kills on .350 hitting, with two aces, as Stanford took UH to 16-14 in the fifth set. He followed up with a career-high 23 kills on a .349 attack percentage and two more aces as Stanford handed Hawaii its first loss of the year. It was the first Cardinal win in Honolulu since 2013, while snapping a 12-match losing streak to the Warriors. This is the first career MPSF weekly award for Snoey.
