San Jose State freshman Bridget Cranley (Western Australia, Australia) helped the Spartans to a 13-12 MPSF upset road win at No. 7 Arizona State (Mar. 29). Cranley recorded a hat trick in the win, scoring the last of her three goals as the game-winner with 34 seconds remaining in regulation. Cranley's second goal came earlier in the fourth quarter. She added two steals, two field blocks, and drew three ejections in San Jose State’s first conference win. This is the first career MPSF award for Cranley.
