Johns Hopkins freshman Mason Hofmann (Naperville, IL) totaled 12 goals, four assists, one drawn ejection and nine steals in a 4-0 weekend for at the Austin College Invitational (Sept. 13-14). Against Caltech, he scored twice and drew one ejection. He then poured in five goals, handed out two assists and grabbed two steals vs. Ottawa. Hofmann added a goal and grabbed four steals against UC Merced, and closed out the week with four goals, two assists and three steals vs. Austin. This is the first career MPSF award for Hofmann.
