Idaho junior Ginger Kiefer (Bend, OR) recorded two first-place swims through a pair of home-and-away dual meets with Washington State (Jan. 30-31). In the first meet in Pullman, Kiefer won the 100 IM in 57.29 and finished third in the 400 IM in 4:23.69. The next day, she recorded a UI Swim Center facility record 200 IM swim with a winning 2:02.09. Kiefer also took second in the 100 back (54.85) and led-off the third-place 400 medley relay (41.33). This is the second career MPSF weekly award for Kiefer.
