Oklahoma freshman Nathan Roman (Poway, CA) won the parallel bars title with a 14.250 to help the Sooners to their highest road score of the season (325.250) at No. 8 California (Mar. 21). He also scored a 13.900 on vault, 12.800 on still rings, and 12.750 on floor. His vault score tied his career-high on the event. Roman’s rings routine was the first of his collegiate career. This is the second career MPSF weekly award for Roman.
