AIR FORCE (1-9) posted a season-high score on the floor exercise during a close dual-meet loss to UC-Davis, 186.775 to 188.525. The Falcons tallied a team total of 47.650 on the floor, improving its top mark by nearly a half-point. Junior Abigail Rogers won the floor exercise with a score of 9.700, while senior Katie Donnell posted a season-best 9.625 to take second. Classmate Kelly Lewis also upped her season-best mark on the event to take third with a score of 9.575.

ALASKA ANCHORAGE (3-7) competed twice against Illinois State, falling 186.425-189.450 and 188.625-191.150 on Friday and Sunday. On Friday UAA was led by a 37.575 all-around from sophomore Courtney Williams, her second-best total in five tries this season. Freshman Leah Wilson led the way with a 9.675 on vault, followed by Williams' 9.65 and a 9.575 from freshman Kelsey Fullerton. UAA got individual wins from Kristy Boswell (9.55) on bars and Fullerton (9.75) on floor, and Wilson was runner-up on beam with a season-high 9.65. On Saturday Alaska Anchorage got individual wins by Jessica Portlock on vault and Kelsey Fullerton on floor. Portlock, a senior from Anchorage, had the best individual marks for the home squad, scoring 9.6 on vault, 9.7 on bars and 9.55 on floor. Freshman Kristy Boswell was also solid on three events with a 9.6 on bars, 9.5 on beam and career-high 9.475 on floor.

SEATTLE PACIFIC (1-7) showed improvement on both vault and floor, but No. 11 Oregon State (196.700) came through to defeat No. 9 Stanford (196.375) and Seattle Pacific (188.350). Seattle Pacific's strongest event was the floor exercise (47.400), which prior to tonight, was their lowest scoring event. SPU's Brianna Steigauf led the Falcons on floor (9.800) followed by Ashley Domres and Jennifer Lehman each with personal season-high scores of 9.650. Freshman Anissa Madrid hit the highest mark on vault for the Falcons with 9.600 and Steigauf was close behind with 9.550. Falcon seniors Christie Chinaka and Domres highlighted SPU's uneven bars rotation with 9.575 and 9.650 respectively.

UC DAVIS (7-3) topped Air Force 188.525-186.775 on Saturday. Sophomore Michelle Bobonski and freshman Stacey Nicolini respectively scored 9.850 and 9.800 on vault to lead UC Davis. Bobonski and Nicolini helped pace a team score of 48.800 on vault for UC Davis, compiling a score that ranks second in school history. Senior Michelle Kulovitz added a 9.750, freshman Marcy Miller turned in a 9.725 and sophomore Tanya Ho added a 9.675 in the second rotation. Ho won the individual all-around with a 38.200 total. She also scored second-place 9.575 on uneven bars, while placing fourth at 9.425 on balance beam and fourth at 9.525 on floor exercise. Nicolini placed second in the all-around with a 37.475, aided by a winning 9.500 on beam. Sophomore Lida Gehlen also was an event-winner for UC Davis, scoring a 9.750 on uneven bars to finish well ahead of her teammate Ho.

TANYA HO NAMED MPSF GYMNAST OF THE WEEK Woodland, Calif. - Tanya Ho of UC Davis has been named MPSF gymnast of the week. She won the individual all-around with a 38.200 in Saturday's road MPSF dual at Air Force... She scored a 9.675 on vault as part of UC Davis' season-best 48.800 in the event, and added a second-place 9.575 on uneven bars... Ho also placed fourth on both beam (9.425) and floor (9.525) to help lead the Aggies to a 188.525-186.775 win.
