ABBEY ROGERS - Senior -AIR FORCE - Pittsburgh, PA - Seneca Valley HS
As the team's lone senior, Abbey Rogers is the guiding force of the Air Force women's gymnastics team. She leads the team on every event, while helping the Falcons to continually improve their overall team scores and win/loss record. Rogers, who became the first Air Force gymnast to earn MPSF Gymnast of the Year honors in 2008, earned the league's weekly honor on three occasions this season, while accounting for 13 first-place finishes. The Pittsburgh, Pa., native is ranked among the top-six in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation on three events, including a third-place Regional Qualifying Score of 38.255 in the all-around. At this year's MPSF Championships, Rogers claimed three event titles with a 9.825 on floor, 38.900 All-Around, and a career-high on the balance beam of 9.85. In addition, she is a stellar student, ranked first in her major (behavioral sciences). She has received numerous academic awards, including a selection to the CoSIDA academic all-district team last year.

ANDI DOLINSKY - Senior - UC DAVIS- Grand Terrace, CA - Loma Linda Academy
The UC Davis co-captain emerged from a relatively injury-plagued 2006 to earn MPSF Gymnast of the Year honors as a junior in 2007. This year, she has repeated such history: Dolinsky missed nearly all of 2008 after a season-ending injury, then came back in 2009 to regain her title as Gymnast of the Year. She finished third at this year's MPSF championship meet on the floor exercise with a score of 9.775, and tied for the highest regional qualifying score in the conference on that event with a 9.790. The Grand Terrace, Calif. native is a two-time All-MPSF honoree on the floor and a 2007 NCAA West Regional qualifier. She is equally accomplished in the classroom, earning MPSF All-Academic in 2007 and NACGCW Academic Awards for four straight years.

JOHN LAVALLEE - Third Year - UC DAVIS
John Lavallee has wasted no time in establishing his mark on the Aggie women's gymnastics program. In each of his first three seasons, he has earned Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Coach of the Year honors and guided a total of five student-athletes to individual at-large berths in the NCAA West Regional. In 2008, Lavallee mentored his program to its first MPSF team title, which the Aggies won with a school-record team score of 194.700. This season, UC Davis has led the MPSF in total average and regional qualifying score for the entirety of the season. The Aggies entered the MPSF Championship Meet with an RQS of 191.980. Most impressively, the Aggies improved on their previous score every week - save for an emergency fill-in appearance at Stanford -- for nine straight weeks.

TAMI MONETTE - 14th Year - ALASKA-ANCHORAGE
In her 14th season as the top assistant coach for the University of Alaska Anchorage gymnastics program, Tami Monette has earned her third Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Assistant-Coach-of-the-Year award, repeating the honor that she shared in 2006 and won outright in 2005.The Seawolves recently completed perhaps the most successful season in school history, winning its first MPSF title at the league meet Mar. 20 in Colorado Springs. Monette was largely responsible for UAA's midseason turnaround - posting seven 190-plus scores to end the season, after starting with no better than a 187.400 in its first six meets.
