UCD, SPU to Meet in San Jose for Quad

UC DAVIS won a home dual over MPSF Opponent Air Force, 192.100-188.950 this past Friday. Michelle Ho and Erika Van Dyke shared a floor title (9.775), while Stacey Nicolini (9.70) completed a top-three Aggie sweep on that event. Van Dyke also led a 1-2-3 sweep on beam (9.675) with Lauren Eller (9.65) and Ho (9.60) following. Nicolini claimed vault (9.75) with Marcy Miller in second (9.65). Jessica Rea took silver on bars (9.75) as did Nicolini all-around (38.150). The Aggies compete in a quad at San Jose State Friday (Feb. 11) with Boise State and conference opponent Seattle Pacific.
AIR FORCE freshman Linnaea Hance won her first all-around (38.225) with a career-high in last Friday's dual at UC Davis. Brittany Dutton claimed the bars title (9.775), was second on vault (9.65), third all-around (38.050), and turned in the best Air Force floor routine (9.625) to place fourth. The Falcons host Bridgeport Saturday (Feb. 12) in a dual.
SEATTLE PACIFIC surpassed 190 for the third straight week last Friday in a home dual with the University of Washington (190.100-195.800). Sherah Veron posted the highest placement of the night for the Falcons, tying for third on vault (9.75). Aditi Kulkarni tied for fourth on floor (9.775), while Stephanie Wagner had a career-mark (9.725). Wagner was also fourth on beam (9.775). Seattle Pacific partakes in a quad meet this Friday (Feb. 11) at San Jose State, facing the host Spartans, Boise State, and MPSF Opponent UC Davis.
ALASKA-ANCHORAGE recorded a team score of 188.425 to place second in a dual at the University of California on Jan. 30. Kelsey Fullerton and Shakea Sanders shared a vault title (9.725), while Kaelei Spoor claimed a title on beam with an identical score from her last outing (9.775). Fullerton, whose vault matched a career-best, was second on floor (9.675). Sanders accumulated a third place all-around effort (37.450). The Seawolves were off last week, and compete in Dover, NH Saturday (Feb. 12) for a quad meet with Brown, Michigan State, and the host New Hampshire.
