2015 MPSF Player of the Year
GARRETT DANNER - #1 - RS JUNIOR - GOALKEEPER - UCLA
UCLA redshirt junior Garrett Danner (Coto de Caza, CA /El Toro HS) has an MPSF-best 6.08 goals-against average entering the NCAA Tournament. He was the MPSF Tournament's Most Valuable Player after recording 43 saves through three wins, including one in the final three seconds to preserve an overtime championship win, the last of his career-high 21 stops in the finals. In the semifinals, Danner did not allow a goal through the first three quarters while becoming UCLA's all-time saves leader. His career saves total entering the NCAA Tournament stands at 741, ranking 12th in MPSF history. Danner was the only repeat MPSF Player of the Week winner in 2015 (Nov. 16, Sept. 21), playing a pivotal role in UCLA's 31-game win streak and second-straight unbeaten MPSF season. UCLA's first-ever newcomer of the year in 2013, Danner is the third MPSF Player of the Year for the Bruins (Scott Davidson-2009; Sean Kern-2000).

JOHNNY HOOPER - #12 - FRESHMAN - ATTACKER - CALIFORNIA
California freshman Johnny Hooper (Los Angeles, CA/Harvard-Westlake HS) has poured in the second-most goals in the MPSF with 69 (2.38 GPG) through the conference tournament, and is one of just four freshmen in the top-25 scoring list. Hooper scored in each MPSF Tournament game, helping the Bears reach the finals, while he has tallied in 26 of 29 games entering the NCAA Tournament. He delivered a career-high of seven goals in an overtime win at Long Beach State (Oct. 25). Hooper was a four-time high school All-American at Harvard-Westlake, and was named 2015 CIF Division I Player of the Year. He is the third MPSF Newcomer of the Year from California, including the second-straight (Luca Cupido-2014; Spencer Warden-2006).
2015 MPSF Coach of the Year
JAMES GRAHAM - HEAD COACH - EIGHTH-YEAR - PACIFIC
Pacific head coach James Graham guided the Tigers to a 23-5 record this year, matching the 2013 team for the best record and win percentage (.821) in program history. Picked for fifth in the preseason coaches' poll, Pacific turned in an 8-1 MPSF record for a second-place finish. Pacific had a high of four MPSF/KAP7 Players of the Week in 2015 (Brady Moore, Devon Thumwood, Alex Obert, Krisztian Laczkovics), and placed a second-best five on the all-conference teams. Pacific had three 50-plus goal scorers this year (Obert, Thumwood, Ben Stevenson). This is Graham's second MPSF Coach of the Year honor (2013), and the second all-time for the program.
