MPSF Championship Day One Diving Results

Monterey Park, CA---Day one belonged to the University of Hawaii at the fifth annual MPSF Swimming and Diving Championship, hosted by East Los Angeles College and the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center. The Rainbow Wahine earned conference titles in the 200 Medley relay (1.40.24), 800 free relay (7.14.88), and on the one-meter diving board (Aimee Harrison, 291.10). Lauren Hall (266.05) and Monica Gavaris (263.80) completed a top-three UH sweep on the one-meter.

In men's action, the Warriors came up three-hundredths of a second ahead in the 200 medley relay (1.27.11), and placed second in the 800 free relay (6.29.63). Amund Gismervik was the MPSF one-meter champion (367.25). The UCSB men earned the 800 free title (6.29.00).
