MPSF/MOLTEN OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Pepperdine senior outside hitter
Spencer Wickens (Irondequoit, NY/McQuaid Jesuit HS) averaged a team-best 3.82 kills per set while hitting .500 in the Waves’ three-match sweep of No. 9 Grand Canyon (Mar. 26-28). He also contributed 12 assists (1.09/set) from his outside hitter position. Wickens hit at least .474 in all three matches and was .500 or better twice, and he had at least 12 kills all three times. This is the third career MPSF weekly award for Wickens, with a conference-high of three this year.

BRYCE DVORAK OF PEPPERDINE
MPSF/MOLTEN DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Pepperdine freshman setter
Bryce Dvorak (Hermosa Beach, CA/Loyola HS) averaged a team-best 2.18 digs per set as well as 0.64 blocks per set in the Waves’ three-match sweep of No. 9 Grand Canyon (Mar. 26-28). Dvorak collected a career-high 17 digs in the second match, tied for second-most by an MPSF player in a match this season. He recorded his first career double-double in that match. This is the first career MPSF honor for Dvorak.
