MPSF/MOLTEN OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Pepperdine sophomore setter Bryce Dvorak (Newport Beach, CA/Corona Del Mar HS) directed the Waves to a .488 team hitting percentage over the first two matches of the season, a pair of three-set sweeps over Erskine (Jan. 13-14). In the season-opening match, Pepperdine hit .549, the program’s third-best single-match figure in the rally-scoring era. Dvorak averaged 9.33 assists per set. He also hit .571 himself with a total of five kills, and had a team-high-tying five service aces for the week. This is the second career MPSF weekly award for Dvorak...

AUSTIN WILMOT OF PEPPERDINE
MPSF/MOLTEN DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Pepperdine graduate middle blocker Austin Wilmot (Valley Village, CA/UC Irvine) averaged 1.60 blocks per set across the two sweeps over Erskine in the season openers (Jan. 13-14). The blocks contributed to Wilmot’s team-high-tying 17 points over the two wins. This is the third career MPSF weekly award for Wilmot.
