Ignacio Yockers (Tulsa, OK) notched a 14.300 on pommel horse in the Sooners’ 322.900-316.300 win at No. 5 Ohio State (Feb. 2). He put together a 9.0 execution score on his routine to place second on the event, leading to OU’s MPSF season-high 55.300 pommel horse rotation. Yockers is one of only two gymnasts nationally to score at least a 14.000 on four pommel horse routines this season. This is the 10th career MPSF weekly award for Yockers.

COOPER KIM OF STANFORD
MPSF FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK

Cooper Kim (Grand Ledge, MI) won his first career event title with a 14.150 on floor, the highest-scoring routine of his career, as the Cardinal won a home dual over No. 9 California (Feb. 2). Kim also posted his new collegiate best on vault with a 13.600 to finish fifth. This is the first career MPSF award for Kim.

MPSF SPECIALIST OF THE WEEK
California graduate
Aidan Li (Ottawa, Ontario) earned his third- straight pommel horse title with the highest score of any gymnast nationwide this past week at No. 3 Stanford (Feb. 2). Li scored a winning 14.650, the third-best score in the nation this year, beating out the runner-up in the meet by eight-tenths. This is the first career MPSF weekly award for Li.
