MPSF/MOLTEN OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
UCLA senior outside hitter Zach Rama (Phoenix, AZ) totaled 40 kills (5.71 K/S) and hit .515 over two Bruin wins against No. 6 Loyola-Chicago and No. 16 Ball State in the First Point Collegiate Challenge (Jan. 17-18). After tallying 17 kills at .412 in a four-set win over Ball State, Rama recorded a career-high 23 kills with a .618 clip in a straight-set sweep over the Ramblers. This is the second career MPSF weekly award for Rama, repeating the honor from last week.

MPSF/MOLTEN DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
BYU freshman middle blocker AJ Cottle (Provo, UT) recorded an MPSF season-high and career-high 11 blocks in the second of two wins over No. 10 UC San Diego (Jan. 17). He had three blocks (two solo) in the series opener (Jan. 16), totaling 14 blocks over seven sets played (2.00 B/S). This is the first career MPSF award for Cottle.
