DAVID SHAMAH OF STANFORD
MPSF GYMNAST OF THE WEEK


Stanford junior David Shamah (McKinney, TX) led the Cardinal with a pair of event victories at the Rocky Mountain Open (Jan. 17), to contribute to an overall 320.750 team score. He earned a share of the parallel bars title after posting a career-best 14.500, while also capturing the all-around crown with a 79.700. Shamah’s all-around stands as the highest score in the nation this season, and his parallel bars mark is tied for the NCAA’s best. This is the second career MPSF weekly award for Shamah.

SASHA BOGONOSIUK OF OKLAHOMA
MPSF FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK

Oklahoma freshman Sasha Bogonosiuk (Buffalo Grove, IL) earned a second-place 79.650 total at the Rocky Mountain Open (Jan. 17), to contribute to a first-place 323.950 overall Sooner   total. He tied for second on vault with his 14.100 and fourth on floor exercise with his 13.900. He also scored 13.500 on parallel bars, 12.900 on pommel horse, 12.750 on high bar and 12.500 on still rings. This is the first career MPSF award for Bogonosiuk

NICK KUEBLER OF STANFORD
MPSF SPECIALIST OF THE WEEK


Stanford redshirt-senior Nick Kuebler (Seattle, WA) continued his impressive start to the season with a high bar title after a 14.000 routine, leading to a 320.750 overall team score at the Rocky Mountain Open (Jan. 17). Kuebler added runner-up finishes on floor exercise (13.950) and still rings (14.050). In a repeat of last week, this is the second career MPSF weekly award for Kuebler.
