Moses Wagner (San Jose, CA) led the Cardinal in a pair of upset wins over No. 7 BYU (Mar. 13-14), averaging 4.56 kills on .392 hitting…In the first win, he had a match and season-high 20 kills on .457 hitting. He eclipsed his season-best in the second win with 21 kills on a .341 attack percentage, and served two aces. His 20 and 21 kills are the most in a match by a Cardinal player this season. This is the third career MPSF weekly award for Wagner.

MPSF/MOLTEN DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Evan Porter (Honolulu, HI) anchored the Cardinal defense in a pair of upset wins over No. 7 BYU (Mar. 13-14), totaling 30 digs with an average of 3.33 per set. Porter also had just two reception errors on a combined 54 total attempts (.963). He had a season-best 16 digs in the first win, the most by a Stanford player in 2026. He reached double-figures again in the second win with 14 digs. This is the third career MPSF weekly award for Porter.
